Hello, my name is Negarina — a wanderlust woman who is always on the move!
As a certified yoga instructor, it’s my mission to help empower others by giving them the guidance they need to evolve their practice. As a mother, I’ve also trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga, and enjoy showing women safe ways to move through the different stages of pregnancy and beyond.
Over the past few years, I have grown my following and influence in the yoga community, which has allowed me to reach millions of viewers across the world and connect with a large fan base in my homeland of Iran.
When I’m not teaching yoga online or at retreats, I’m constantly exploring new things. You might find me socializing, singing, modeling, cooking, or traveling.
